Wearing dresses and staying warm during the winter can get complicated, but wearing a smocked top with my favorite ponte pants seems to be doing the trick! Add some thick socks and boots and I am

set to go. I love the vibrant florals in this top, it really brightens up these drab grey days we have been having in Provo.
