I am mildly obsessed with this adorable neon flower dress! I love how the flowers look like they have been painted. Like a piece of walking art! I paired this shift dress with some liquid leather leggings and my knee high boots to make it a perfect fit for
the chilly weather. I love bright colors, esp. during the drab winter weather!
