Sometimes it is just a jeans and t-shirt kind of day! I like to be comfortable :) You can add a pop of fun to a casual look through a statement necklace, or through fun details in a simple design. For example, the two tone colors to my striped top is a fun detail that makes the shirt a little more exciting, can shirts be exciting? I think so :) These elements take a casual look, and make them a bit more polished.
*Documenting my style to make sure I keep the promise to myself, to always be fully dressed with a smile.

Why can I never seem to pick one of you guys that is good? I never get a ripe one, I follow all the rules, and still when I open you, you are usually bad. What gives?!

ReplyDeleteI picked my first ever perfect avocado last week! It was still kind of firm at the store but I let it sit out on the counter for a couple days and voila! I was so proud of myself.. ha ha!

Me and my girlfriends over here are currently doing Jillian Michaels. Its hardcore. I couldn't walk up the stairs the first day and it hurt even more the 2nd day! Good luck!!

ReplyDeleteI think this is a very nice outfit. I love the boots and the area around the zipper being red. Such a fun touch. And I also can never pick a good avocado. Oh well. I just cut the brown spots out and move on. :)
ReplyDeleteGood avocados are hard to find in Utah! The best ones are in California. We have better luck here in Arizona since they are grown in Mexico, too. The trick is to pick one that's super-green and hard and then place it next to a banana on your counter or wherever. It will be perfectly ripe in 1-2 days! Also, just push on the top (where the stem was)a little and if it gives slightly, it's ready! Unripe avocados are gross, too.
