slow motion.

All couples have their quirks. But the other day I couldn't help but shaking my head and laughing a little. Trevor and I like to karate fight/beat each other up in slow motion. It sounds really dumb, but it is incredibly fun, &I have no idea why! haha The other day we randomly broke into doing it while cleaning up dinner. I love making my body jump back from one of his kicks, emphasizing just how powerful the kick was haha. Or when I get a perfect knee kick to his "parts" and he says "GOOD SHOT!" haha. We are not actually hitting each other because we are going SLOOOOOWWW. At one point Trevor started moving way too fast for slow motion, so I reminded him we are suppose to be going slow. He responded with, "Alycia, I am going this fast because that IS my slow motion. Yeah, I am THAT fast in real life." haha
It is the unique, sometimes strange things that couples do with each other that I love to see in couples.

    hubby and i do our MMA. we wrestle and fight and try to lock each other in other holds. we have once in a while been whacked by a rogue elbow but we always laugh and have so much fun. i tickle him but he says there is no tickling in MMA but when i am stuck it is an appropriate defense move lol

    So cute. I sometimes think that if people saw how me and my husband act when we are alone together they would think we are crazy! We can get a little weird/silly. But I think it's things like that that show that you are best friends!

    we play fight all the time. and chase each other all over the place. it's fun. ;-) one time we had an EPIC nerf gun battle all over our apartment. 2 weeks later our garbage disposer wasn't working right. all these foams pieces kept coming up out of it. A nerf bullet had GONE IN THE GARBAGE DISPOSAL! too fun. ;-) enjoy these times!

    We have some crazy stuff ourselves. Like making up songs to the tunes of current pop songs and singing them to each other. The quirks are some of the best things about being married.

    Oh gosh. Eric and I were doing this (except we were fighting off bad guys, not each other. Ridculous, I know.) in the pool on our cruise. Haha we were in the section that noone under 16 was allowed. We caught some old man eyeing us down and I think he was about to kick us out :)

    One of those posts that you can't help, but smile. M and I have this weird thing where we stomp around when we're happy. It was the first weekend that I went to visit him. I was so happy that I started stomping around the kitchen. Ever since, stomping has become our thing ;)
