he asked, &she said yes.

I love when special dates bring back memories. I know people don't celebrate the day they got engaged... well maybe they do, I don't know.... we don't. But you can't let the day go by without smiling, and remembering special moments. Two years ago today Trevor asked me to marry him. I obviously said yes. I said yes to have him as my husband, and the future father for my children.
I said yes to a whole new life that night.
Dear Trevor,
I know you read this blog sometimes.... so this is for you. I know being married isn't always easy peasy lemon squeezy. Everyone tells you that before you get married, but you really don't understand until you are in the thick of it yourself. I know we have great days, and some not so great days, but I want you to know that I love you, and I will always be willing to improve on myself, and grow with you in this marriage. If you asked me again today, I would say yes.
I LOVE YOU.
Love,
Alycia "aka" your little cutie :)

  31. Cute :) My engagement anniversary is coming up soon! Oh, and haven't looked into too many options for ring insurance but I go through USAA and it costs $8-ish/month but it just depends on the value of the ring. You can get it insured for around $2-3 if you only want to insure a certain amount...but just depends and also you have to have a family member in the military (my grandpa was so it insures his kids...and their kids...etc.)... otherwise that's all I got girl! Good luck finding something!
