Family Brunch - Bruges Waffles & Frites

Remember when I did a lovely little post about this amazing little place Trevor took me to where they serve authentic Belgium waffles and la frites? Bruges Waffles & Frites  They were amazing and to die for. Well my Dad served a two year mission for our church in Belgium, and since my parents and Trevor's parents were up for the weekend, we decided to all go there for Breakfast/Brunch before Trevor's Graduation. My Dad was loving it! The owner of the store happened to be there as well, and the two of them were chatting away in Dutch. My dad loves when he runs into someone he can speak in Dutch with. He is so stinkin' cute. I love my Dad.
 

Remember last time Trevor wanted to try the Gun Machine Sandwich? Well he opted out of the waffle and went for it. It was huge! Trevor normally doesn't get full or stay full for very long, but this sure did it for him. My little brother who came along with his girlfriend decided to try the Gun Machine Sandwich as well. Crazy people.
 

It was a lot of yumminess and happiness. I miss having family around so it was a real treat to take them somewhere cool downtown to eat and hang out.
