Miracle Acne Cure - Apple Cider Vinegar

Talking all about the miracle acne cure sitting in your kitchen cupboard. But really! Using APC as a toner has changed my skin and cured my acne issues I got because of pregnancy. Hopefully it can make a huge difference for you too! ❤

  1. This is so helpful!! I have taken it for bad indigestion/gallbladder pain in the last few days. It worked within minutes... but it taste sooooo bad. So just prepare yourself when you ingest it! I can't wait to try it on my face. I might just go buy some right now.. the one I have is from Trader Joe's and doesn't say anything about mother. I am so thankful for this tip, my skin has just been awful lately! Thank you!!!

  2. Alycia! I have been struggling with acne since I found out I was pregnant. I am due in January and I am still getting new break outs and some cystic acne. I may give this a shot but I am worried about it drying out my skin too much. Any other suggestions? I feel like there are some things that work well for some people's skin that doesn't work well for others. I am pretty skeptical about this working for my skin but I am sure it is worth a try and I am happy to see that you've had such good luck with it!

  3. I actually take Apple Cider vinegar pills from the brand Now foods brand. When we moved, I slacked on taking them for about 4 days and my skin erupted! Then, after two days of taking them again, I was looking like my normal self. Apple cider vinegar and Seabuckthorn oil are my skin must haves!

  4. What moisturizer do you use after? One with more and treatments or one with hydrating benefits?

  5. I can't thank you enough for this!! I am 21 weeks pregnant and although I've always had skin issues they are definitely worse. I've tried tea tree oil (still good for spot treatments) but needed something more. After your post I decided to try ACV out and it has worked wonders. I initially tried it straight onto my skin with a cotton ball but I found that a little too drying (I have oily and dry skin-- fun!). The concoction that works for me is 1/3 parts ACV, 2/3 water and I added a couple of drops of lavender oil just to take some of the smell out of the toner. I then apply it all over my face with a cotton ball and follow with an oil free moisturizer. I use origins ginzing energizing moisturizer :)
