All right ladies, today we are going to be talking about something that might make you blush. But we are going to go there! I have never been a very sweaty or smelly person (thank goodness) however a few years ago I discovered my newest favorite work out machine, the stair master! I would get the most intense workout and burn a ton of calories... only problem... I sweat SO bad during and after using it! I mean, that is a good thing right? It means I was really working my body!
