About a week ago me and a few of my friends had the opportunity to attend the newly opened Cardio Barre Quarry Bend in Sandy. It was such a FUN night! The work out was amazing, and it brought me back to my childhood of ballet. I feel like the exercise targets things that you wouldn't get in the regular ol' gym. I felt it lengthening my muscles and helping me become more flexible. I feel like it would be the perfect workout to get more lean.
The workout was great, and I am still feeling it this much later! Our instructor was amazing! There is nothing better then a great instructor when you are taking a work out class. Another thing I loved is there soft floor. I usually see wood floors in studios but this flooring was so comfortable.

I really want to take one of those classes! My dance studio growing up had that rubber floor and it was awesome. Our dance teacher wouldn't let anyone on it in regular shoes - she was a stickler!
