fashion place mall - girl's day out

I didn't get as many pictures as I would have liked, but hey, we were too busy talking and running all over the mall!

Remember when I had a giveaway for a girl's day out? Well it ended up being SO much fun :) I loved getting to meet some new ladies and spend the afternoon shopping, talking, eating, and sharing with them. Fashion Place Mall was celebrating their 40th Anniversary and they couldn't have made the day better for us.

It was fun to see a bunch of my blogger friends :) and meet the girls in my group! My group was given some adorable swag bags, along with $40 to go shopping anywhere in the mall. If that wasn't good enough, The Cheesecake Factory hosted us and picked up the tab! THANK YOU Fashion Place Mall, so so gracious :) I think we all got our fair share of strawberry lemonade - best lemonade ever!

We hit up all the best places, J.Crew, H&M, Nordstrom, and everything in between. It was fun to meet new people, make new friends and enjoy a great day together. I am happy I was able to share that with you guys and meet your friends and family. Let's do it again soon :)

    1. Do bloggers meet up locally where you live?! If not you should initiate something, it is fun to meet other people esp. people who blog - they understand this crazy world :)

    2. I'm from texas but both of my parents are canadian and all my extended family! They are from Calgary and Cardston! We go up to my Grandparents cabin in BC every summer and i seriously can't get enough. So beautiful. Do you have an accent? ha...

    3. Such a small world! My parents still say some words with a sort of accent, my sister lives in Calgary and she has a full blown Canadian accent even though she doesn't think she does haha. My grandparents live in Nanaimo and British Columbia is one of my favorite places! And I am freaking out they are from Cardston! My Dad grew up in Cardston and his family used to have a hotel in Waterton National Park! My maiden name is Leavitt's so there are a gazillion of us from up there! I bet our parents know the same families if not eachother!

    4. Wait... you aren't talking about the Prince of Whales hotel are you?! Oh my gosh... that is the hotel where my grandparents met. My Grandpa was a bell hop (I think that's what it's called) please tell me that is the same hotel you are referring to!! Waterton is my secret favorite spot in the whole world. Really though, I could spend the rest of my life there and be completely content.
