alex's homecoming.





As you all saw on the blog, my little brother came home from his mission! Alex gave his homecoming talk at church and after we had friends and family over for some food and hanging out with Alex so they could talk to him and see him. It was a great day! 

Alex showed us how they eat hot dogs in Chile, and I must say.... I don't think I can just have good ol' mustard on my hot dogs like I used too, the avocados on them were just amazing!

    Way to go with the Chilean hotdogs! We put pineapple and potatoe chips to ours...and a whole bunch of other unheard of things. Tell him "Bienvenido!" for me.

    I love completos! My sister served her mission in Chile also and introduced those to us as well. Not the same (except for JDawgs....).

    I love the set up!! I just spent 2 weeks with Chilean women entrepreneurs (along with 23 other Latinas!). Love my job - the Latin people are so incredible. I bet your brother is happy to be home, but missing the South American hospitality! :)

    I would LOVE to hear about Chile!! I have been attempting to learn Spanish since I was 14 and have always wanted to head over to Chile for a bit (my first teachers native country) to really immerse myself in the language and culture!!
