Sundance Film Festival

Back in January Trevor and I finally did something we have always wanted to do. We went up to Park City during the Sundance Film Festival. We went with some friends and just enjoyed the hustle and bustle of the city, stopped in a few parties and shops, all while checking out the film selections for the night on the nifty Sundance Film Festival App. You really have to love technology these days!

We had dinner at a historic spot called the No Name Saloon. The vibe of this place was electric! It was full of so many antiques and fun odds and ends. You could explore for days! I guess that is what you get with a saloon that has been around since the Alamo. There were SO many people there! Thankfully the line wasn't too long, and we somehow managed to get a table with some friendly strangers. We enjoyed the night just talking and par-oozing through town. Pretty cool to think we have such a fun national event right here in our backyard.

Oh and the only celebrity that was spotted was Mr. Redford himself, the man who started it all. While he is great and all I am just sad I didn't see miss Blake Lively and her hubby Ryan Reynolds, you know, since they were in freakin' PROVO literally down the street from our apartment over Christmas break... how do I miss these things?!

I spotted some Banksy art while walking down the street and got so excited :)
