Double Love.

So today is our two year wedding anniversary! I mean how could I forget, facebook actually reminded me that it was my anniversary and told me to send Trevor a message! haha OH facebook, how hilarious is that? Anyways... It is crazy to me how fast time goes by :) 

So how will I be spending my day today? Being the Maid of Honor at my best friends wedding! haha SO Congrats to you Jamie and Anthony, I couldn't be happier for the two of you and I can't wait to share in your special day today.

 

And to my Trevor :) I LOVE YOU! I can't believe we have been married for two years now! We have a new apartment, a new school, a new city, a new chapter in our lives... I am excited to continue on this adventure with you!

summer of love.

This is going to be one exciting summer for me. I have so many good friends getting married, you wouldn't believe it! I am actually going to be in three of the weddings. In fact just this past Sunday Jamie got engaged :) YIPEE! I am so excited for her and Anthony. Jamie was my maid of honor, and she has been one of my closest friends for a long time. Love her to death, and can't wait for her to get married!

This weekend....

I burnt my tongue on hot chocolate.

Why do I always burn my tongue on tea and hot chocolate?
I just get way too excited and can't wait for it to cool down.

I also spent the entire day (total spur of the moment) with my best friend.

I am so happy Jamie lives so much closer now :)

After spending the day at the mall we went to Zupas Cafe.

Trevor and I went to Zupas for the first time last week and I fell in love with it!

The soups and sandwiches are amazing, and are such a good deal for all the food they come with.

I mean they even give you a complimentary roll and chocolate covered strawberry, come on?!

 

The Lobster Bisque was amazing :)

Amazing weekend...

This weekend was such a treat, in so many ways. Jamie and her two roommates Paislie and Janessa came down from Logan. We waited in the stand by line to watch the morning session of conference &we got right up to the front of the line, and they cut it off. Talk about a big bummer! So after that disappointment we walked around while they played the conference in speakers across temple square, which in a way was pretty cool. It kind of made up for not getting in. Next time we are going to just make sure we have tickets.

After we went out to lunch and then spent the rest of the day shopping. Paislie's dad works for Hilton and we were able to spend the night in the Hilton in Salt Lake City. Her dad was so sweet and even had choclate covered strawberrys sent up to us! We had such a blast just undwinding from the day.

We went swimming, hot tubing, got take out pizza, watched a movie, and just had a blast! It was such a fun and relaxing weekend that was much needed before this next week which will be crammed with a midterm and two projects due before fall break.

Then yesterday me and Trevor went over to his sister's house for dinner. It is so nice to have them living closer to us now so that we will be able to spend some more time with them. Makes me wish I had more family around!

P.S. Did you hear that Utah State beat BYU? Sorry I just had to add this since I am an avid University of Utah fan :) If you know anything about Utah football you know what a big upset/deal this was! Anyone beating BYU is a good thing &I couldn't be happier about it. It was kind of just the cherry on top from such a great weekend!

(sorry to all the BYU fans out there). 

Always having way too much fun together. Fall 2010 isn't too shabby so far :)

New addition to Utah :)

So my best friend Jamie moved from San Diego to Utah. She transferred to Utah State... which isn't in Salt Lake City but it is sure A LOT closer then San Diego! So of course when she called me and told me that the Red Jump Suit Apparatus was coming to Logan for a free show, it was the perfect excuse to drive up and spend the weekend with her :)

First off, we both decided it was a good thing we never went off to college together. Neither of us would have done very well... that is for sure. We would have had a lot of fun though! It was such a great weekend and we had so much fun. One thing I love about us together is that we literally don't even have to be doing anything to have a great time. We talked all afternoon, went to a BBQ, Jamie's boyfriend made us grilled cheese (he loves us) Us three went to the Red Jump Suit concert, had ice cream, stayed up late talking and watching Say Yes to the dress, I remember wayyyy too many sour patch kids and some pizza rolls... could I ask for anything more?! All in all, a great weekend, I LOVE MY JAMIE &there will be more Logan trips to come that is for sure :)

The drummer was a hoot to watch all night, such a character!

We didn't mind not being smushed in the massive crowd of people :) We had a great view, were closer then the first row, and got to see everything going on back stage!

We had a blast! :)

Blisters, Arcade Games, &Best Friends

So remember when I said mine and Trevor's favorite date is to go to the arcade/nicklecade? Well this last time, I got a little too competitive with the finger flamer game... &ended up with this...

 

Yes a pretty decent size blister on my finger (it looks A LOT worse in person, and really hurt). Goes to show you how bad I wanted to WIN that Jackpot! All in all it was well worth it.... I mean it is all about the Candy :)

P.S. It is this amazing ladies Birthday today :) She is my Bestest Friend Jamikens (Jamie) Love her to death! &so Happy I get to be with her to celebrate!
